Before one of our newest Atlantic Beach properties makes way for what comes next, it had an opportunity to serve the community in a different way.
FaverGray Homes recently welcomed the Atlantic Beach Police Department to an existing home on a property our team acquired in Atlantic Beach. The home is scheduled to be demolished as we prepare the site for a future project, creating a unique opportunity for local officers to use the space for specialized training.
The existing residence gave the department a real-world environment where its team could conduct training exercises before the structure is removed.
For FaverGray Homes, providing access to the property was a simple way to support the team who serve the Atlantic Beach community every day.
