Saltair

Atlantic Beach, FL

A refined coastal retreat on iconic Beach Avenue.

Introducing Saltair — a completed custom residence by FaverGray Homes located just steps from the ocean in Atlantic Beach.

The new home sits in front of the homeowners’ existing residence, creating a unique property where the two homes are connected by a shared backyard oasis. The result is a private coastal setting designed for gathering, entertaining and enjoying life outdoors.

Inside, Saltair balances elevated coastal style with comfortable, everyday living. The primary suite and two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, while the main level is centered around a beautiful kitchen and dedicated entertainment bar area that opens naturally to the outdoor spaces.

But the true highlight of the property is the backyard.

Positioned between the new and existing homes, the shared outdoor space brings the entire property together. Thoughtful landscaping, gathering areas and seamless indoor-outdoor connections create a private retreat tucked into one of Atlantic Beach’s most recognizable streets.

From the interiors to the outdoor living spaces, Saltair was designed to feel refined, relaxed and distinctly at home by the coast.
